Jovial cookies are not overly sweet or rich, equally perfect for eating straight from the box, or dipping in coffee, tea or milk. Einkorn is much more nutritious than modern wheat so each serving contains 3 grams of protein. Now made with Fair Trade™ certified ingredients, which ensures that small farmers get just compensation and helps developing communities improve their quality of life.
