Wheat Berry Breakfast Porridge
- 1 cup of jovial einkorn wheat berries
- 3 ½ cups of water
- Crack 1 cup of einkorn wheat berries in a food processor or blender until it resembles steel cut oats.
- Bring 3 ½ cups of water to a boil
- Whisk in einkorn and simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
