What is the Shipping Procedure?
FREE standard shipping is available for orders totaling $99 or more after any discounts have been applied. (continental US only).
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Orders will ship from our warehouse in the order they are received. Typical processing time is 5 business days from receipt of your order. Subscription orders will ship within 2 business days of order processing day. Please note -orders placed during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
- Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order is processing.
- You may use additional address lines for shipment details including gate codes or access codes.
- Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email to track your package and get additional details on your shipment progress. Please note many shipments contain multiple boxes and all are tied to a master tracking number therefore you may recieve boxes in your shipment on different days.
- You have delivery options with FedEx Delivery Manager. Sign up is free on their website.
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, APO/FPO, and Alaska and Hawaii. Most items ship via FedEX. PO Boxes ship via USPS or FedEx Smartpost.

NOTE: Heavy orders (orders over 30 lbs.) shipped to Alaska or Hawaii require an overweight surcharge. Actual shipping charges will be accrued and displayed at check out. The (99.01+) $27.00 shipping offer is not applicable if your order is over $99.01 and exceeds 30 lbs.
